First time here. Drove an hour to get here. My husband's lab orders are on an email, but the hospital can't take orders on an email. WTH? Without the labs, he can't have surgery. Other's have had the same problem. Communication & technology are a problem. Surgery went well. Medical personnel are top-notch! Dr. BAILEY ROCKS!

I called to schedule an MRI and explained that I have an iinterstim urinary incontinence mplant and wear a continuous glucose monitoring patch. As advised, I took the programmer and device ID cars for the implant to the radiology department at WARMC on June 23rd for a tech check. I handed a staff person at the check-in window the programmer and ID card. She left, returning a few minutes later and gave me the card and programmer.
I didn't receive any further instruction or communication before my appointment July 8th.
When I arrived for my appointment, I completed a questionnaire that included questions about implants, etc, that I responded"yes" to on the questions .
When I was putting on my gown, I reminded the tech about the implant, she reacted surprised. When I told her I had brought the programmer and device ID card earlier, she said there was nothing in my records indicating that. She had to get assistance to determine if they could proceed and review the instructions on how to proceed.
She was concerned that the programmer wasn't sufficiently charged at 50% to continue. We ended up using her phone charger to charge during the procedure.
The staff was able to resolve and proceed.
I'm concerned that I received no instructions on how to prepare for this MRI ahead of time.
I'm concerned there was nothing in the clinic records regarding the implant and that staff wasn't prepared.
If at all possible, I won't return to WARMC for any medical testing or care.

Recently went in for an outpatient test. The radiology department was amazing! Ended up being admitted for two nights after an emergency surgery. All the staff with the exception of one overnight nurse were great. Would rather not get into details but I brought up an issue with the nurse around 4am. She dismissed my concerns. When the physical therapist came in a few hours later I explained the problem to her and she immediately took action and was not happy that the overnight nurse did not take my concern seriously. Other than that one nurse, the care at WARMC was excellent!

Since 2001 to this day I've had multiple stays to different hospitals from Needles CA to Phoenix AZ & Las Vegas NV. Most visits from 3 to 7 days giving me many & varying experiences raging from fair to fairly good. My last three have been very good, pretty bad & better than I've ever experienced including not just pleasant nursing but those l could only categorize as enjoying their job with knowledge enough to answer all questions if not immediately then shortly thereafter. Every one of ur employees tending to me are deserving of a raise if courtesy, responsiveness & professionalism are on ur list of qualifications. Thankyou, THANKYOU for those employees l felt very much cared for concerning my best health. From the janitor to doctors to the one delivering my food. No one dropped the ball. And this highly competitive capitalistic United States. It was actually surprising to see and feel. Have a great, growing & beneficial raise in customer service as well as true employee satisfaction in your future!!!
