My mom has been at Southbrook now a few months and it has been a blessing for our family.
It has a 24hr nurses station, doctors on staff that can do in room visits if needed. The food is good and there are plenty of activities but the BEST part are the staff. From the nurses to personal support workers and doctors - everyone is polite, professional and so very kind. Mom is able to maintain her independence in her own space and still interact with everyone and fill her day. We did our research and this was the best and continues to be.
