What a wonderful group of people - I can sum it up with 1 word - honest.
We had a broken out of warranty COVE Dishwasher that the repair tech was not repairable. Curtis at Aztec was more than happy to sell us a new dishwasher but recommended that we call COVE and dicuss the situation. His advice has now lead to COVE replacing the dishwasher with a minimal charge.
Yes, Aztec lost 1 sale but they have gained a new customer and I will be telling all my friends about my experience at Aztec!
THANK YOU CURTIS!!!!

We love Joan at Aztec Appliance! When we realized our new stove had been damaged during shipping, she went above and beyond to help us get a replacement. She was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We are so thankful for Joan and truly appreciate everything she did for us!
We would definitely recommend Aztec Appliance to anyone looking for new appliances. They are really great! 😊

I purchased a refrigerator from Aztec. Dawn (Sales specialist) is amazing! Extremely helpful, patient and was integral in my decision for which model to select. She helped me find a model which was in stock. So important since my fridge died unexpectedly so I needed a replacement right away. Also the delivery team Sergio and Manny were professional, kind and courteous. Thanks a million team!

I previously worked with another management company and used Aztec Appliance in the past, but this time around Dawn made it delightful and went above and beyond while handling a difficult project. We had a number of issues arise, but she consistently checked in and made sure we stayed within budget. Dawn also went above and beyond multiple times by personally checking the floor to see if they had any models in stock.

Her positive and fun attitude made what could have been a very stressful experience, coordinating between the owner, tenants, and others much more manageable and enjoyable.

Thank you, Dawn and Aztec Appliance! We will always keep you in mind when looking for new appliances.

I had a very frustrating experience with this appliance company. First, the customer service was terrible. The woman on the phone was unprofessional and rude, and she didn’t explain anything unless I specifically asked. When I called back for clarification, she responded with an attitude, as if I was bothering her just by calling again.
The delivery was just as disappointing. I was given a time window of 3 PM to 6 PM, but the delivery team didn’t show up until 7:30 PM. I ended up waiting nearly five hours, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, the delivery crew made a mess on my carpet and didn’t seem to care at all. When I brought it up, they just said “there’s nothing we can do” instead of even attempting to be more careful or offering any kind of solution.
Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
