Chris was incredibly efficient to work with. Our Kitchen remodel and 2 bathrooms are absolutely stunning !!! We couldn't be happier with the company's management , services , and quality of work. Oleg , is a true craftsmen the tile in the Kitchen and Bathrooms are gorgeous! We came in right at budget with a few minor changes but nothing crazy. Chris was very accommodating with the little changes needed to make the inspector happy. We were thrilled with the overall project , Company , timeline , and crew management. I would highly recommend Chris and Cer custom renovations design build.

We contracted Cer Custom Renovations this year for a guest bath and bedroom remodel. The process was quick and easy and overall quite painless. I work from home so I especially appreciated the friendliness of the guys doing the work. That bathroom came out exactly as I envisioned it and our 1920s home is now complete on the inside! We were promised 8 weeks of work and it was finished in 7 weeks including inspections. Chris was on time , on budget , efficient and always easy to get a hold of. This was our first major renovation in the house and Christopher and his team did a wonderful job on our master bath remodel! Christopher was very easy to communicate with before and during the remodel. He explained us the process in detail before beginning the job. The remodel was complete in the expected time frame and Christopher and his team were always on time. They all worked in a very professional manner and cleaned up very well after ending day's work.

We remodeled 3 bathrooms (this was our first remodel) and were very nervous about the process. We interviewed 5 contractors and Christopher's quote was by far the most detailed. He and his crew of wonderful guys worked 6 days a week arriving at 7 every morning. They did their best to make us feel comfortable while they worked and made sure to clean up each day. Their work is exceptional and we are thrilled with the results. If you want someone who is easy to communicate with, okay with last minute changes :), highly skilled, and punctual....
