What a great level of customer service. During these COVID-19 days such a terrific source for great things to do while staying home.
Andrew was terrific to work with at the Etobicoke store and came through with fantastic puzzles. He was patient and supportive and a complete pleasure to deal with. The curbside pick up worked brilliantly.
After ordering some additional puzzles online that weren’t in stock Stuart went above and beyond on the customer service front. He tried to find out what types of puzzles I was looking for and then made suggestions for options I might like. He was checking stock and having me look at them on Google and was so patient the entire time.
Definitely my go to store during these challenging times and long after.

After much research I bought a pool table from this store. They are in the Sherway mall. They have a great web site with lots of info and the visit to the store was really great. The salesperson was very good and knew his industry. These guys sell Canadian made tables and I'm a believer in supporting Canadian manufacturers if the quality is good.
This was a great experience. The pool table is beautiful and the service was excellent. Good Job!

Placed order Feb 9,told it would be shipped on 13,it wasn't shipped until 23.Received on Mar 2,order was wrong,called customer service got recording, sent email no response.First and last purchase from FG Bradley!
