I agree with previous comment 100% They are rude and demeaning. They ask you to go get another loan , or to beg from family and friends. I tried to make payment arrangements but I just got more attitude and belittling comments directed at me. I went through 3 agents and then finally demanded to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor, thankfully, was vey good.

This company is unprofessional, does not return calls, and then when you tell them what you can do to repay a loan they tell you "you don't tell ME what arrangements you are going to make". Sheesh you'd think they would want the money. Guess not. So if you are thinking of using this company to collect for you. DON'T
