My wife and I went for a lovely tour of Woodhall. We enjoyed the staff that we met and were very impressed with the services offered.
We were however, very disappointed with the lack of repair on matters in the building. We noticed walls in need of paint in areas, some doors were sticking and water damage was visible throughout main areas on the ceiling tiles. We were taken into to see a room that we were told was just renovated since the last person was there and you could see the toilet was not installed properly as it was loose and taps didn't shut off all the way leaving water dripping into the sink and tub.
It is my opinion that Woodhall should hire a handyman to fix these ongoing issues before things start to get worse.

Woodhall is a wonderful home away from home. The staff are caring & compassionate. It is well thought out with lots of places to sit, both inside & out. The food is good. Lots of activities & great parties with food drinks & entertainment.
A big thank you to Nancy, Anne, Jean, Rachel & all the wonderful caring staff.

A place a would reccommend to anyone. Everyone is so caring and loving. This is definitely a place for any parent or grandparent to feel safe, secure and loved. We all become one big extended family. When I lost my father I wasn't alone, staff attended the funeral and shed tears with me.
