I wouldnt bother purchasing anything from this location the owner will blatantly inflate the price of anything purchased even thou the sticker price clearly states an amount ....he'll run over to his computer do a few key stroked and come back with an excuse of oh that price isn't correct and inflate the prices through the roof better to go to galaxy or maxx or cobra collectables

I stopped dealing with these guys many years ago after my credit card was charged without my authorization. I fought it and won. He fought and he won. I re-fought it, this time with paperwork, and I finally won. I don't know what it's like now, but any company that will not let you use a gift certificate, which is exactly the same as cash, on boxing day is really out for himself and not the customer. So I did not buy comics for a while, I simply did not want the hassle, but then I found Comic Factory on Donald St. This is what customer service should be all about. I have been with Comic Factory ever since.

I haven't had the credit card issues, but left feeling the same way about this store. The owner made us feel like criminals and was downright rude to my young son (at the time, just getting interested in comics and in reading in general). Ditto on Comic Factory IV (on Notre Dame). The owner is a great guy and the selection and prices are excellent.
