Thank you M. L for your wonderful rescue yesterday , as we had a contracter who order a cement truck from another company ,but when the driver got here he refused to go on our grass to get the cement poured, and left us high and dry, anyway since we have always used you I mention we should give u a call and even though it was late in the afternoon you were able to accommodate us within an hr . Many thanks to the driver Andrew for been patient and working almost in the dark with our contractors Thank you

I needed to fix my kitchen sink and didn't want to hire a plumber. I went in told them what I needed - the guy behind the counter told me what I needed, how to do it and told me to come back in if I had any questions! Saved me $100s!!! Thanks!

It's amazing that businesses like this can stay in business. I guess momentum counts for more than quality of service. That's fine, for suckers who want to shop there, but they're not get my support.

I only go here when I know what I want. They lady at the desk expects you to already know everything about anything. She is always rude and abrasive.

Questions are not welcome. I wish there was a closer store for building supplies.

I wanted my experience to be good.

I, just like you, want to support a local family business conveniently located downtown. Their website and checked out their hours of operation are listed as closing-8PM. I called and the person said 8PM. I stroll over and ta-da at 7PM the store is locked, the hours of operation posted on the door are scratched out to say 5PM AND there were people inside.

Does not make sense.

ML Lumber is one of the last great neighborhood hardware stores. It has everything you'd need, and it saves you the trip all the way to that big-box store. From hardware, to gardening supplies, to 2x4's, they have everything you'll need. The staff is helpful and friendly. Support our local neighborhood businesses!

This is a disorganized, surly business with nonexistent customer service and limited stock. Just about anything you need from this store's stock is available from a big box store or other hardware retailer, often cheaper. Sub-par, water-sodden lumber. Very unintelligent and rude young girls at the checkout counter.
