I was caught by Bell and telephone sales offer - Sept 2009 / for satellite tv, internet and phone - they over billed me, have never sent an understandable invoice, finally corrected the net (still not understandable) and are now overbilling me agian having removed all discounts which were supposed to be the duration of the account. The internet works but the email format sucks. The TV is good and the phone is great - but the billing is why I will not stay with them - it is a monthly night mare \(Rogers is fine but you shouldn't give either your credit card or bank withdrawal consent as mistakes are hard to clear up - Rogers will send a large bill if you make changes to your service (ie adding a monthly TV package to existing packages) - they "close out"your existing account and refresh the billing (meaning you get any outstanding advance bills on current due now, and the upfront 2 months for the "new"services - so it is not overbilling but it is overly stressful and the reps never tell you this - you have to ask)

I was with Bell xpressview and was very satisfied with their service and packages. Unfortunately I moved and a dish could not be place where I was living. I am unhappy with the Rogers Cable TV that I am receiving.
