I own a very small company and was looking at an alternate to having a full time receptionist. Voice mail just wasn't cutting it- customers would get frustrated as they wanted to talk to a live human being. A friend of mine referred me to Voice One as he had used this service in the past- it is great- a live person answers your phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a *very* low cost. I found the operators to be polite and well spoken- very professional. And my customers love it! I have increased sales and business since I started with Voice One- I would recommend them to anyone! But the above information for them seems to be dated- I know their new number is 416-760-6900. In these hard economic times, you need to save money but don't do it at the cost of your business- try Voice One!!!
