Car was here since 8:10 in am today they had my car in took them 3 an 1/2 hrs to come back with a quote get the quote for rotors and brakes an tires around the whole car around 11:30ish. Approve the work. Come back around 4:30ish an car still in the air.. I literally believe they didn’t start working on my car until closer to closing. Now my car still there an I got to miss work tomorrow because they ran into an issue with car but with car being there this since 8 am you would’ve had plenty of time to go over car instead of just leaving it in the air for hrs then closer to close wanna start working on it.. won’t bring my car here ever again…

Scheduled an oil change for 4pm after work and told it would take 1.5 hours… for a simple oil change. I never heard back so I went back to the store 30 minutes before they close (at 7pm) and it was still on the lift. I was the last customer there and left the store at 7pm. For a simple, and scheduled oil change. I will not be back for any reason including tires.

Stopped in at Just Tires in Apex on a stormy day to check air pressure with possible flat- John and coworkers at front desk were awesome! Apologetic for the wait due to weather yet personable and efficient to get me out quickly! Very reasonable prices as well!

Recently I had 3 new tires, a serpentine belt, & brake fluid flush and was not going to be able to wait the 3 hours it took to complete. Laura was amazing, she checked with her supervisor & got the ok to have me drop the vehicle off & then she immediately drove me to work. At the end of my day she locked me up from work & brought me back to just tires where all services were complete. I was so impressed with the customer service I received here. They earned my business!! PS my new tires feel great!!

John and Laura are AMAZING! John was a tremendous help to me as I tried to figure out what i needed to do to replace my tire. He researched the cost of replacing my rim and helped me get my spare tire on very. Laura was helpful, polite, professional and courteous while checking me in for service. John is also professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will continue to bring my car here because I appreciate The professional and knowledgeable staff. I also feel like I can trust John’s advice!
