I had such a bad experience with the assistant manager. I think his name is Kerry. Bought a pair of shoe from them and when tried them at home, they were toght and hurting me and the quality was as cheap and bad as it could be. When i tried to return the shoe, i was not welcome at all. The attitude towards me was bad and the return was not accepted. I don’t recommend this store.

Very bad customer service! I came in to get my reserved shoes and before i could say there was another one, the girl had already left. And when she gave it to me, i asked for the second reservation she then told me next time to tell her at the same time and suddenly left. I apologized but she had already walked away. Then when i was paying, she put the receipt in the shoe box and when i asked for it she told me ‘you can grab it in the box!’ And just started walking away again. I’ve never seen such terrible service in my life and very disrespectful.

Worst customer service. We bought a show for my daughter after coming home and trying she realized it's tight on her. My Husband and daughter went to exchange the size we lost receipt and provided credit card and gift card to pull information they said because it's wore they can't pull from system which is madness how you can pull a receipt on system because shoe is wore once. This is incompetency and excuse not to exchange. Thank you to them they ruin my daughter first ever experience to a wedding she is going to attend. Never coming back.

Terrible customer service. I bought heels here and they forgot to put an insole in one of the shoes. When I contacted them, they told me they couldn’t deliver it and that I had to come pick it up myself. Mind you, it was a 40-minute drive just for their mistake.

When I got there, they asked me which shoe was missing the insole, and obviously I wouldn’t remember because this was their inconvenience, not mine. I asked if I could just get both insoles to avoid any more issues, and they said no unless I paid extra.

The two young girls helping me were very rude and unhelpful the entire time. Overall, very unprofessional experience and terrible customer service. Management seriously needs to look into this. I would not recommend going here.
