In my opinion The Source should be disappointed with the staff at the Barrhead Outlet!! They are very rude, offer no information and are way to concerned with playing with their nails, texting and talking on the phone to be in the customer service industry!! I spent many years working in customer service and in ANY of those positions I would be fired for treating a paying customer that way!!! Everyone says to shop local however I will never deal at that store again for the simple fact that the staff are that rude!!!
Barrhead Sound is by far a better store, better staff and have a better selection, if they don't have what you need they are very quick to see abut ordering or letting you know where to find what you are looking for!! The Source NEVER should have opened a different store!!

I went into the store yesterday and had to deal with Wayne Creary. The manager. He is a very disrespectful and dismissing and careless man. I am very dispointed and never going back. Shame on the source for hiring such a horrible person. I am dispointed annoyed and I feel insulted and attacked.
