The other day I dropped into several Mac shops and I was struck by the excellent service and rates for repair work at West World.

Not only was Dawn courteous and interested in my Mac problems, but she freely supplied me and my friend with useful information that even meant my friend might purchase at the university instead of through West World (she told my friend about the student discount on computers at UVIC).

Dawn shared information freely rather than maintaining a level of mystery or secrecy. There was zero pressure to buy. West World was our first stop and definitely the most productive one.
