I've used toronto redi mix in the past but not anymore. One morning I arrived at my job site only to find it under water due to heavy rain the night before. I called the dispatch office at exactly 7:29 am to stop the concrete from coming and I was told it was too late that the truck,loaded with my concrete,was all ready on the road. When the truck finally arrived the batching ticket stated that it was only loaded up at 7:35 am.
When I called again to ask how on earth the truck was loaded after it was supposed to be on the road I was scolded for insulting the dispatchers intelligence and told to take my business elsewhere
