Do not order from them. I ordered flowers from them for a funeral. They called me the day of and told me they can not deliver before the service if I don’t pay extra and they will deliver it at 9pm. I refused to pay as I have already paid extra for weekend delivery. I asked to cancel the order and they said NO. If this is not extortion, I’m not sure what it. A loved one just passed away and they are only concerned about tricking and extorting money out of a grieving family member. I’m disappointed and disgusted by how they conduct their business. Stay away. I threaten to write a review and they replied back with “everything is ok now and we will deliver the flowers before the service.” No apology. Do not order from them unless you want to deal with extortion, bad customer service and unethical business practice. I would give them zero star if I could!
