If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in to print a couple of documents from my USB key totaling 10 pages. They charged me 9 dollars! Of course he had whisked my money away before I had a chance to do the math in my head and by the time I figured out they were ripping me off they'd already started printing - they print it for you, you don't get to do it yourself. When I complained about the cost the guy said "well you can see I'm standing here taking fifteen minutes to open all these files. The charge is per file, not page." How incredibly rude! It was five tiny files and took less than five minutes. Terrible experience, terrible service, terrible price. I will never, ever go back there, and I recommend anyone who needs printing done go somewhere else.

I used them during the film festival a fews times and they still remembered my name
thought they were easy to deal with and accurate
