When getting a quote, they'll give you a number and fail to mention the fuel surcharge that gets added later. You'll get a surprise when you get the bill.
Other companies are "UP FRONT" about their prices.
When I called United Messengers to discuss this the owner said he was too busy to talk to me.
Now I'm cancelling my account with them after 5 years.
