To get tech support for an HP Laserjet Printer, I spent two and a half hours on the phone and never got my question answered.
1) I was transfered 6 times to nowhere.
2) The unqualified and untrained staff outside of Canada, did not kknow how to search their data base.
3) She would not connect me to the Manager or Supervisor at my continuous request for help she could not give.
Result: Zilch Service. High frustration. Totally ignorant staff in India, Phillipines, Timbuctu.
STAY AWAY from HP products.
