I've had AT&T DIRECTV service since around September 2023. Ever since having service from around September 2023 until now, which is May 2026, I CONSTANTLY have problems with trying to turn the service on, turn it off, and the streaming service NOT working. Recently I had to call Customer Service and I spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone talking to 2 Technicians until the 2nd Technician got my service to work. This is RIDICULOUS. I will wait until my current plan ends in November 2026 and try to find another company.

Review should actually be below 1. I lost Directtv cable and spoke to 2 different service reps who could not help me get service. I had no other choice but to cancel, as it didn't make sense to continue paying for nothing. They told me a $250 charge would be due for cancelling. Does not make logical sense.
