Great diagnostics work. They had all the parts to test my AM4 system including motherboards, RAM, PSUs, and CPUs. Thanks to their dedication they were able to identify that my RAM was dead on arrival from a previous warranty claim.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Got a used iPhone 11 in fair condition for a decent price. They included charger, cable, glass screen protector (installed with no bubbles!) and a silicone case without extra charge.

Warranty also included, but everything seems to be working, so I can't comment on the warranty service.

I would come back again for any used phone!

Great place to get advice and help. I needed a handful laptop screws that hold the bottom cover of my daughter's laptop. No problem and no charge. My friend had recommended this shop as they had fixed her laptop at the reasonable cost. Strongly recommend Microfix Computers.

I dealt with Joy.
He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, courteous, patient with this person who does not understand the inner workings of computers.
He was happy to transfer everything from my old tower to the new one.
I had one question after I got home, he was able to diagnose and figure out the issue I was having over the phone.
I'm thrilled with my purchase.
Costs were very fair, MicroFix stands behind their work.

A couple of weeks ago I took my desktop computer in to have Windows 11 installed. I thought it might need to be upgraded as well. I really appreciated that they did the installation but didn’t upgrade it because they said it wasn’t necessary at this time. I was impressed with the cost and my experience there and will continue to deal with them in the future.

Needed a battery for my pixel 6. Called them and they said they could have it fixed same day within 2 hours. Dropped my phone off and came back two hours later and everything was perfect. It cost 70$ plus tax. I was happy with the price and service. would use them again.
