Have more employees that are helpful for Seniors when it comes to their Self Serve Fax machines...was there on Feb 18 kept getting the run around no one wanted to help me...to make matters worse I was charged $150 for faxes that didn't go through. I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future

Was in store today October 27, around 2:30 pm.
Needed to get a photo printed and framed.
Waited to be attended to, 3 ladies talking away, laughing.
Ok I waited patiently, finally one approaches me, rude demeanour.
Yes?
I said hello how are you?
Hmm the answer.
Rude tone, sarcasm if you want we can send it out.
How long?
Could be over 7 days.
Can you get print for me?
It will be bad quality.
Before I could say anything, she went back to chatting with the others.
Feel bad to complain, as everyone needs a job.
But these kind of behaviour gets customers frustrated and they don’t comeback.
I have encountered this a couple of times at this location on tenth line, orleans.
Will never go back there!

This place and other Staples' phone service sucks big time.
Phone many times and can't get past their touch-tone services.They never came on the line.
It what happens I guess when they pretty well have the monopoly on the market.

I called the store 11 times to speak with a department and was told every time "they are busy", call again.

very impressed - went to buy a computer chair and Mike listened to what I wanted and then showed me the perfect chair for me - on sale for 50% off! It keeps getting better - assembly for $10 and free next day delivery - right down to my rec room!
