While the location isn't exactly convenient, it has everything most people would need from such a store. Unfortunately, they frequently understaffed the tills, so even if one person is ahead of you and they happen to agree to an extended warranty or require a return, you will have to wait far too long.

We have lived across the street from this store since before it was built and have had helpful and focused service from the clerical staff, technical people and supervisors--lately including Andrew and Lorenzo--from the start. Staff are well-trained: businesslike and at the same time cheerful and courteous. Prices (I follow the flyers each week)are very good.

I would never recommend Staples to anyone, I have recently had the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. I sent my not even 2 yr old laptop in for service and after having to send it in twice, it is now worse than when i originally sent it in and it is still not working properly. No one at teh store really cares to help or resolve the issues. I will never shop there again, the past month has been filled fill headaches, hassle and a waste of time because I bought my laptop at Staples
