I requested a quote from A-1 London Locksmiths and Matthew responded immediately. He was able to come out on the same day at the time he said he would come and finished changing the locks to 1 door in less than half an hour. I understand now why he has a 5 star rating. Would definitely use him again!

Responsive, knowledgeable, affordable. I needed a mortise lock converted to a standard cylindrical set. Matthew promptly replied with an estimate then guided me through the parts I needed. The next morning he came by and removed the old mortise and installed new handlebar set and keypad deadbolt. He gave recommendations on where to install new set how to patch up issues with door due to old lock. Overall very happy with service and highly recommend.

3. Can take care of just about anything to do with locks. (Although have not asked to safe crack yet. )
Have now used multiple times to fix broken locks and to rekey items. Can't begin to describe how professional and fast they are. Keep their info available for the next accidental lockout or problem I have.

If you ever need a locksmith, Matthew is your man. I recently bought a condo in London and needed my front and back door locks rekeyed. Since it wasn't an urgent task, I thought it would be a good opportunity to try the Request a Quote feature. While the quotes came in fast, Matthew was the fastest and had what I thought was the most reasonable price list (plus the 10% discount for Yelpers is a nice touch). On the agreed upon day, he arrived on the early side of his arrival window and got straight to work. The new locks and keys worked perfectly without even a hint of sticking. I have no idea when I'll need a locksmith next, but I know for sure I'll be calling Matthew.

In the upset of having my home broken into I don't remember the name of the young man who came so quickly to re-key my house. Along with his efficient handling of the required work, he gave me information on where to get out of date hardware and additional safety protection. He gave excellent advise and all of his suggestions have been implemented.

I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of requesting one via email. I was given a 2 hour window for their arrival and Nathan showed up at the beginning of that time frame-a nice change from waiting around for other companies! He was extremely efficient, friendly and completed the job in about a half hour. I highly recommend him and will tell all my friends and family that if they need a locksmith.
Thomas was very professional,helpful and fast. I would highly recommend them!
