Yikes!! I was genuinely excited to come support a new local business. I went in with an open mind and positive expectations. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt disorganized and unprepared to host. I stood at the register for a few minutes before even being acknowledged, and I ultimately had to initiate the interaction myself. Customer service is such a huge part of the overall experience, especially during an event meant to showcase a business to the community, so that first impression mattered.

There were also multiple items unavailable during the event, including most of the drinks, which made things feel understocked and not fully ready for guests. One thing that particularly stood out to me, was seeing a lid dropped on the floor and then immediately placed back onto a food container without being cleaned. (Hazelnut) That moment honestly made me very uncomfortable.

As for the cinnamon roll itself, the flavor wasn't bad, but the texture was much denser and drier than I personally expect from a cinnamon roll. It leaned more toward a heavy bread consistency rather than the soft, fluffy, gooey texture I look for.

I do think this business has room to improve, especially with customer service, organization, sanitary practices, and overall event preparedness. I'm always rooting for small businesses to succeed, and hopefully with more experience and stronger front-of-house management, future guests will have a much smoother experience.

It was great, just couldn't really eat it without slicing it with a knife. Other than that it was the best cinnamon roll I've had, 7/10

So this place finally opened up n the area and it seems to be going well from the start. They have so many choices and make your own options. We tried different flavors and they all were good! The even have cups ; which was my favorite. I chose lemon cream with strawberries all swirled around a cinnobun that you eat with to h a spoon. Forgot to take a pic of that though. 💞

First time ever visiting, and I have to say the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Seriously—A+ in the kindness department. If friendliness were cinnamon rolls, they’d be running a five-star bakery.
Now, while I was waiting, I noticed the wall where the cooler with the cookie dough and beverages sits looked like it had been collecting dust since the invention of cinnamon itself. It had a sort of “vintage bakery museum exhibit” vibe going on. A quick dusting might help future visitors feel a little less like they’ve stumbled into an archaeological dig.
Also, full disclosure: I had no idea these were vegan cinnamon rolls. That one’s on me—I walked in expecting a classic buttery, sugary experience and instead discovered I had unknowingly signed up for a plant-based adventure. For folks who love vegan treats, this might be right up your alley. For me, unfortunately, it just wasn’t my thing.
That said, I genuinely wish your establishment the best of luck. The staff was great and I hope the place continues to do well. Sadly for my taste buds, though, this will probably be our first and last visit.
