Toitures PME responded our request very quickly. They helped us to deblock the frozen drainage pipe even in the evening outside normal work hours. They also replaced two roof top drains on a very cold day, near minus 15 degree. We appreciate very much their excellent professionalism, and quick response to customer needs.

Yesterday Jeffrey and Philip work on my sun-room roof, a new project. They pay attention to the very detail which is usually the key of the roof quality and did excellent job. I am very happy for their work and I appreciate them very much.

Great response rate. No bull and great work. Compared to many other roofing companies I was exposed to in trying to get this work done, they were just great. If my roof leaks I'll change the review ;) But so far.. so good. Weird that people are giving this company bad review for "showing up early". That's insane.

I needed a new roof on my house and Toitures PME Inc was recommended to me by CAA.
I contacted them and was responded to immediately by Daniel Lemieux who came to my house and assessed my situation as an emergency as my roof was leaking into my living room.
Daniel assured me that my roof would be taken care of within two weeks and it was actually done within six days.
The crew that Daniel sent to do the work was prompt, courteous and extremely efficient.
Daniel was always available to answer questions that arose and to explain anything I didn’t understand keeping everything stress free.
I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof.
