I frequent this location often. Each time I have a great experience. The employees here are always courteous, welcoming and don't make you feel like your questions are dumb. My second most recent experience, knowing gloves go quick here I had come in early to make my purchase (I missed out last year was too late). The gloves weren't in yet. An employee offered to put me in their "customer request book". I have made a request in several other stores and have yet to be contacted (months later). So I was admittedly skeptical that I would ever be contacted, but it couldn't hurt so I did leave my name and number (just in case). 2 weeks later I was contacted by a woman there by the name of Katherine, the Kombi gloves had come in. She said they hadn't been placed on the floor yet, but suspected they would be by tomorrow. So I came in the next day and was able to get the gloves. This location never ceases to amaze me. Many of the employees recognize me as a frequent shopper which makes me feel like I'm not just another face and I am valued. The fact they are on top of their "customer request book" really tops the service I already thought was great. Highly recommend this store for your shopping and hope other locations are as great as the Newmarket one is! Great value and even better customer service!
