I wish I could give him zero stars. Worst plumbing support ever. He said one thing when he came out and said a completely different story when speaking with our home warranty. I believe he only wanted to collect the trip charge and is uninterested in solving the plumbing issue. He does not pick up his phone and does not answer his texts. Steer clear of this guy!
