A native Oregonian, Dr. Kang graduated from Lincoln High School, went to University of Oregon with a degree in Biology, and earning his Doctorate degree at Oregon Health and Science University. He completed his pediatric dental residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, earning a Master’s Degree in Oral Sciences and specializing in pediatric dentistry. For his excellent work at the University of Illinois at Chicago, he was awarded chief pediatric dental resident.
