I have had no choice but to use them to deal with my debt crisis. I send e-mails to "my team" individuals and rarely get a response. I call and always have to leave a message. Half the time they seem to be out of office but my though is when you have a whole person's life and future in your hands maybe someone should be listening to messages and checking e-mails while you are gone. I am sure in the end I am getting screwed because it feels like I have no one at my back.i cant even get a confirmation of my change of payment I have been asking for, for 2 months as I had to open a new bank account at their advisement but now my checks are held and I scheduled it based on my previous account that held very little. If I miss a payment I am screwed so why is it so difficult for the company I hired to treat me decent and at least help me???

MNP Edmonton is horrible. They are not invested in there clients. Do not take the time to ask questions and don't care at all. Horrible experience will not recommend to anyone
