Tavis was very professional and determined right away the issue. Cement had a long open Crack both inside and out. He was able to fix it right there and then.
Nice neat job, left no mess behind and assisted me in pulling back carpet, underlay and fans in order.to start the drying process. I would recommend company and Tavis to anyone in need. Very helpful, fast working, knowledgeable, pleasant all way round.
