See I am here every night. Tea or a coke. Dinner on weekends. Staff is great. Food is average or just above.

We've eaten here too many times to count. Standard Kelsey's chain restaurant food. Sometimes food and service is good and other times poor. The other night we had a bit of both. Our waiter was a very nice older gentleman and was efficient and friendly. However, something was up in the kitchen, and some dishes weren't that good/cold. The manager was very kind to assist us and promptly offered us complimentary desserts and a $10 off coupon for the next visit, in addition to removing some items from the bill. With such great customer service, we have no choice but to return and give them another try.

Well the service was exceptionally good. Very friendly staff and fast service. But the food? Just OK. So perhaps we have gotten spoiled dining at slightly higher end places like Milestones. Still the broccoli cheddar soup was quite good, and I do love their Peppercorn burger, but the chicken in the wrap over cooked and hard Philly sandwich was somewhat dry. But for Hailey to complain is very rare. The cheese on a pizza just shouldn't all slide off as soon as you pick up a piece.
But still Kelsey's is a good place to take the family. It is very kid friendly and has a large selection of OK food.

I dine at the Thornhill location, and it's probably the same chain wide. Mostly, my food has been good, and when not, I send it back. As to the pizza, don't forget the kids' pizza meal is a frozen pizza like you'd warm up at home! Whaddidya expect??
