Megan, my dear, you have been my saviour so many times.I don't know what is wrong with me but I STILL forget to have some extra toner on hand when I need it most. But never fear, I just call Megan--I have the number programed into my dialer--and she gets that toner out to me so that I can meet my deadline. And recently they got a new guy who does IT and that has been very helpful more than once. He came right out to our business and took care of everything.
