I wasn’t the least bit surprised to soon discover why Mike, the owner and technician of No Sweat A/C, has a near-perfect rating.

It’s Sunday of Labor Day weekend, and one of my three A/C units suddenly dies. A neighbor immediately told me, “You have to call Mike at No Sweat. The nicest, most personable guy answers the phone.”

Honestly, I was expecting something along the lines of, “Hey dude… it’s Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I’ll try to squeeze you in Tuesday or Wednesday.”

Instead, Mike said, “I’ll swing by this evening and get you running.”

Considering my other two A/C units had previously “needed to be replaced,” I was already preparing myself for the worst. This unit was barely five years old, but I figured there was a pretty good chance I’d be hearing the same expensive news again.

Not Mike.

He told me he was confident he could fix it. Sure enough, he showed up that evening, diagnosed the problems, fixed multiple issues, and had the unit running perfectly again.

And then came the bill.

His charge was so incredibly reasonable that I actually added to it—and signed up for his semi-annual service program. That should tell you everything you need to know about how impressed I was.

From this point forward, I won’t let anyone else touch my A/C units.

Mike didn’t just provide great service. He demonstrated what genuine professionalism, honesty, and customer service are supposed to look like. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, especially on a Sunday of Labor Day weekend, but instead he showed up, solved the problem, and charged me fairly.

It was a master class in how to run a service business—and exactly the kind of experience that makes you want to tell everyone you know about the person who provided it.

You wont find anybody more honest, reliable and responsive than Mike from A/C No Sweat. He has come to my aid on short notice several times and always addresses the issue quickly and effectively. I guarantee that you will get much better service and results from Mike and A/C No Sweat than one of the larger companies.

I had no sweat air conditioning install my AC and do two services so far and they have been a lifesaver. They always respond to text messages and show up when they say they will. They have the best prices and have fixed every problem that I have with my AC so far. If you have trouble, trusting Repair man, you should definitely give Michael a call. He has certainly earned my trust.

I have been working Jim and the team from AC no sweat for over 15 years now. I have bought 2 different AC units from them for different size homes and they have been excellent. They also have come out multiple times in less than a days notice for service if needed. I would highly recommend.

I came home Saturday after being out of town for a week to find my A/C not working. It was 86 degrees inside my house. I called A/C No Sweat & they got to my house within a couple of hours. Mike was able to diagnose & fix the problem very fast. He was extremely professional, he was on time, worked fast & explained everything in detail. The fact that they were able to get over so quickly on a holiday weekend & get my A/C running like new in the blink of an eye was truly mind blowing. I highly recommend A/C No Sweat for all of your A/C needs. They are truly life savers especially in this brutal South Florida Heat!!! The price is right, the quality of work is stellar & their customer service is top notch (which is extremely rare these days)
