We are also accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association and adhere to its 400+ standards for accreditation. The Animal Hospital of Worthington was founded in 1976 by Dr. George Norris. Dr. Christine Kofron joined him in practice in 1979. The practice grew steadily over the years and became a three-doctor practice in 1992, and has been ever since. We have continued our growth and added a fourth full time doctor in June 2014. Throughout its growth the hospital has remained committed to Dr. Norris' original vision - providing excellent veterinary care along with superior client service in a warm friendly atmosphere. This commitment to excellence led to our becoming a member of AAHA, a membership we have maintained since 1978. You should not have to compromise when choosing treatment for your loved ones, including pets. We strive to provide you with the best quality care for your pet at an affordable cost because we don’t believe it should have to be one or the other. The Animal Hospital of Worthington underwent extensive remodeling in 2005 which gave us the facility we need to continue to offer superior medicine and service.
