Ordered item on Apr 23, never received item up to May 12. E-mail attempts to obtain delivery time were never answered to. Finally was able to speak to Martin Yale over the phone. He was to cancel purchase on my card, but never did. Contacted VISA to get reimbursement.
STAY AWAY, you will waste your time and money!!!!!

I had the exact same problem. I ordered 2 watches with a pretty hefty price tag about a month ago... No watches and no replies to any emails or phone calls. Was dealing with Martin... Absolutely useless and customer service is garbage. I have since gone through the Better Business Bureau and visa to get my money back. This business is looking at the bottom line of taking your money

This is not an online company I would ever deal with again. I ordered a watch from their web site "online watches.ca". They promise delivery in 4-6 business days, I ordered mine on Apr 14 it is now apr 24. The watch is not here, I can get no replies to e-mails as to wether it has even been shipped, I have not received the promised tracking number and all it states on their online order status is that my VISA was approved and billed on the day I placed the order. At least they are prompt on doing that . Stay away from this one
