Working in Chathams historic Old Village, we have completed many restorations.Normally, the principal will make an appointment to visit the house or site and sit with the clients to listen to their wish list and concerns. At that time, we will discuss what solutions might be the best fit and how the design would proceed, whether any permitting will be required, and the process of completing construction drawings so that contractors prices can be obtained.
