Terrible Management and Lack of Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with Management company JTB GROUP INC For 26 BRUCE ST , VAUGHAN and 4 DAYS ago the garage door sensor malfunctioned and caused significant damage to my car by slamming into my rear windshield wiper. This incident happened due to the building’s negligence in maintaining their equipment.

When I reported the issue to the management team, I was met with complete indifference. They did not apologize or show any concern for the incident. Instead, they demanded that I handle the repairs through my car insurance, which would leave me with out-of-pocket costs, increased premiums, and a loss in my vehicle’s value.

I tried to negotiate a reasonable request for compensation , to offset my loss, but they outright ignored me. It’s clear that this management company does not care about the well-being or fairness toward its tenants.

Carolina Bonilla call me and she honestly has not even one nice word to said and she clearly told me is my fault for not driving correctly and missing the sensor ( Is not even one sign letting you know nothing ) She blame me for this and is sad to see they dont event take responsibility for anything

I wait 4 days and i give time to at least work things out and help me ,and literally nobody cares how i resolve this issue and i have to find a solution and loss money , time and value of my car, is extremely sad to see this but doesn’t surprise me i see how the building is always dirty, stairs, garbage . This was not my fault and i will never drive my car into a situation like

This incident could have been much worse—it’s fortunate no one was injured. However, the lack of responsibility and basic empathy from this management team is unacceptable. I strongly urge potential tenants to think twice before moving into a building managed by this company.

Also they dont event clean the building is always dirty full or gargage and water damage ,they are not a good management company , please dont hire this company they dont care about people or anything .

I m attaching picture of my vehicule and company Serving door for future references, as a tenant i never fell so push around before , please take care of people we are not just a $$$ sign we are people and make sure to put safety first . Today was my car one day can be a person or a pet
