I grew up believing that in order to be accepted and loved, one had to put themselves last in every way. I hid my feelings, threw away my dreams, and did everything I could or was told I had to do to please people. I took my first official energy class about 15 years ago and have been practising Reiki for over a decade. More recently, I found coaching and NLP transformational coaching, Quantum Change Processes and have added Soul Genesis, Angel Reading and Indian Head massage to my repertoire. I am always exploring new avenues in the healing arts to aid in helping those around me.
