Patrick and Andrew were the two techs who came to our house today to repair our garage door after it had a small accident with the back of our van running into it. They were pleasant and kind and did fast and quality work. Definitely will be using them again if we ever need work done on our garage door again! You can barely tell which panels were replaced they did so well!

Mike was great! He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain our options, including the pros and cons of each one. That helped us make informed decisions, which isn't always easy when you don't know what's best.

Nate did an amazing job! We had an issue with our garage not closing and called A Plus. They sent him out, and within an hour, the garage was working again. Super efficient! He replaced the bearings, which made the garage much quieter, fixed our sensors, and made sure everything was operating properly before he left. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. We highly recommend Nate and A Plus for any garage door repairs!

I am blown away with this company yet again. (Second time using them) I really appreciate good customer service and this company exceeds that. I called them very late in the day today and they came right out and fixed our garage incredibly quickly, professionally, and honestly. I initially spoke with Rose to schedule and 10/10 she was fantastic. Our interaction was brief but she represented this company so well. Nate was our technician (I requested him specifically because he helped us 3 years ago at a different home and was impressive). Nate is personable, knowledgeable, ethical, and a hard worker. He worked late to get it done for us today and he did so with a great attitude. Nate also had great communication as far as his ETA, diagnosis, pricing, different solution options, and when to expect him to be done. He was thorough and transparent. I will absolutely recommend A Plus Garage Doors and especially recommend Nate.
