Midas on 624-16th Ave NW had gone the extra mile in customer service. A flat tire always happens at an inconvenient time. The expected father to be was on his way out of the parking stall when he discovered the flat tire. Needless to say, Midas had come through.

Today i went here to get a tire replaced and got a quote that was a good deal from the price quoted at Fountain tires by 20 dollars.
I was told for 120 dollars i would have the tire installed on the car.I asked for the job to be done. After my job was done i was presented a bill of 132 dollars. I asked him why there was a difference and the reason given was enviro levy + gst.
I think they don't understand the meaning of all inclusive. I feel extremely cheated and I have written to there head office too for a clarification.
Any one going there for any job should be very careful if that is how they operate. And believe me I am a regular there and have been there before for major jobs but with this experience i would think twice before I take my car there again.
