I was with citenet since at least 3 years and I became having problem with my connection. The business gave me one of the worst costumer service of my life... I call one day to tell them about my problem and they didn't do anything. They say they would send me a modem to be sure the problem isn't coming from mine but, after 2 months, nothing happen so I decided to change of companie. My new companie needed an information from citenet for me to be connected. I asked them by phone and by e-mail, but nothing happen. Then, the day I was supposed to be connected with the new cie, nothing happen because of this missing information. I call Citenet again to get it but the guy didn't know what I was talking about. Instead of being honest with me, he just tell me I don't need that and was very hard with me. So, as long as you don't have to talk with someone from the costumer service citenet is allright.. but be sure not to have problem...
