this hospital should be closed permanently, they have got to be the worst hospital I have ever been in, it is filthy, public areas and also the patient room and the emergency department. the staff is lazy and don't care about the patient care, My husband was in that hospital for a month, I asked a health care aid to help him to the bathroom and he was told to do it in is pants. I told them that the man still had some dignity and they were not to take it away from him. My husbands Dr was a prick and totally belittle me and my husband. the only thing this hospital cares about is telling patient they have covid so they can get more money from the province. My husband was tested 4-5 time for the covid by the time they got the positive results, and once they had that, they did nothing to help him for the problem he went in there for and that was COPD. My husband is dead today because of the lack of care from these pricks. If the grace is the hospital the EMT want to bring you or your loved ones to please fit for a different hospital. this place should be closed and most of the staff should be fired never to work in health care again.

I would like to firstly thank the nurses and doctors, especially Dr. MacKenzie, in the Emergency Department for terrific treatment and service of me. The ward was efficient and clean and the staff was just super and for someone out-of-town I felt comfortable and secure in their hands.
