The only reason I give this even half of a star rating is because he did remove the virus from my laptop. In the meantime, something he did damaged my mouse pad - it was ultra sensitive before I brought it to him, but when he was showing me what he did to fix the virus situation, the mouse pad was not sensitive at all and skipped all around and he told me I would probably need an external mouse.

When I questioned him about it he actually RAISED HIS VOICE at me! I calmly told him that there was no need to raise his voice, that I was expressing my concerns, so he sat back, crossed his arms, huffing and glaring at me while I spoke. When we went up to the front to cash out, he did not even wrap up my power cord nor the mouse that I bought (even though HE damaged my mouse pad).

Because I was feeling very uncomfortable and unhappy with his behaviour and service, I politely told him that he should think more about his customer service and not only the technical aspect of his business because I, for one, would not be back again nor would I recommend his business to anyone. His exact words were, "I don't really care."

Anyone who does not care how their customer feels when they walk out the door does not deserve my business or yours. Do yourself a favour and find a much more professional place.
