This is one of the cleanest and most friendly dentist office i have been to. Staff is very professional and always worried about your concerns. Very informative on any questions & concerns! Definitely will recommend.

The office Staff of Park Avenue Smiles was friendly as well as informative. I had an unplanned root canal for the very 1ST time and felt absolutely no pain. I was initially attempting to reschedule due to pain expectations and was elated to find that I was fine.In addition, my required crown was expedited due to my impending travel. I am highly recommending Dr. Farzin Farokhzadeh, Thank you.
