Dan was the chair of the litigation section for the Utah based law firm, Ascione Heideman & McKay, overseeing the trial court practice of the firm’s fifteen attorneys throughout its five offices, before undertaking private practice in 2013 with his present firm, Daniel W. McKay & Associates. He currently serves on the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Board.
