I had an absolutely horrible experience with this towing company. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion or professionalism.

My friend genuinely did not realize she was parked in a curbside pickup area because her car was parked past the two signs. Her car was towed around 12:30 PM, and we arrived at the towing company by approximately 1:30 PM, only about an hour later. We calmly tried to explain the situation and ask questions. Michael was speaking with us, but an older aggressive man repeatedly interrupted him and practically everyone else we tried to speak with. He came across as extremely rude, controlling, very aggressive, and unwilling to even listen. It seemed like the younger employees, including Michael, were simply following his direction.

Despite us sincerely explaining that this was an honest mistake, my friend was charged $240. The receipt listed $132 for towing, $66 for mileage, $35 for storage, and $7 in tax. Charging $35 in storage when we arrived roughly an hour after the vehicle was towed was especially frustrating. We were also disappointed because we were told/understood that lower or discounted rates have been given to others in similar situations, yet no consideration was given to us at all.

The entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. There was another older woman there as well, and no one made any effort to be welcoming, understanding, or even courteous. Instead, we received nasty looks and were made to feel like we were doing something wrong simply for asking questions and trying to understand the charges.

To make matters worse, after getting the vehicle back, we noticed what appears to be damage around the window that we do not recall being there beforehand. We will be documenting it.

I understand that towing companies have a job to do and that vehicles parked in restricted areas can be towed. My issue is with how we were treated, the lack of basic professionalism, the unwillingness to listen, and the amount we were charged after the vehicle had only been there for about an hour. A business can enforce its policies without treating people disrespectfully.

Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this company. The customer service and overall treatment we received were unacceptable.

I called to pick up my car and they said if I didn’t pick up my car by midnight that day the price would go up from $144 to $199. I picked it up an hour later and they charged me $178? I think I got ripped off. Lady at the front desk was respectful and nice at least, but no explanation on the bump up in price. I’m going to file a claim with the FTC and the state of Massachusetts for fraud since it seems like they do this often from other comments here.

My vehicle was towed around 7:00 PM. When I went to retrieve it later that night, the towing company informed me for the first time that they only accepted cash and demanded $220 to release my car. This was never clearly disclosed beforehand. I had already spent money on an Uber ride to the tow yard expecting to pay normally.

The employee told me to use the ATM on site, but the ATM was not working. Because of this, I was unable to retrieve my vehicle that night and was forced to leave without my car.

I returned the next day around 4:00 PM with cash during their regular business hours. Even though it had not yet been 24 hours since the tow, the company increased the charge from $220 to $265 by adding another day of storage fees. I believe this was unfair because their undisclosed cash-only policy and broken ATM prevented me from retrieving my vehicle the night before.

In addition, my vehicle had been left parked under a tree overnight and was returned covered in dirt and debris.

This experience felt misleading, unreasonable, and intentionally difficult for customers trying to retrieve their vehicles. I am filing this complaint because I believe the company used unfair practices and excessive charges while failing to clearly disclose payment requirements.

My car was towed on Tuesday April 7, 2026 when I had reserved the spot and paid SpotHero for the parking space. I paid to park my car from April 5 to April 7 in the address listed on SpotHero. I followed the instructions exactly and parked in the parking spaces in the pictures that SpotHero listed. I went to pick up my car on April 7th and it was gone.

I saw the towing company’s sign on the building and called the towing company. The man who answered it confirmed that he towed the car. He was very rude and kept saying “you parked in the wrong address buddy.” I confirmed with spot hero that the address was right and exactly the same as in the pictures and called him back. He was rude and repeated what he said before and said bring $220 cash only to claim the car.

The car was in a sketchy area of town with no legitimate storefront for the business. It appears to me that this may be some kind of fraud operation and/or they are trying to hustle people for money. I also reported what happened to SpotHero and they will look more into it. This was a huge inconvenience and messed up my entire day and should never have happened. The towing “company” were unprofessional, rude and towed my car illegally.

Ralph was great! I needed a jumpstart as I left my hazard lights on for over eight hours, which caused my battery to drain. Ralph arrived within the specified time frame and was ready to help. In less than 2 minutes, he got the job done and my car was running like normal. He even offered some useful car maintenance guidance to ensure my car continues to run properly in the winter as it was below freezing. I was very satisfied with the service and will use again in the future.
