I had a really great experience with Gerber. My car was in the shop for repairs, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance, kept everything easy and stress-free, and did a great job with the repair.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Jasmine. While I had a rental car, I noticed a scratch that someone had made in a parking lot. I was worried I was going to have to pay a lot of money for it, but Jasmine was so kind and helpful and was able to buff it out for me. She saved me a significant amount of money and went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help.

Thank you to the whole Gerber team, and especially Jasmine, for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

Amazing customer service! Ivan assisted me during my repair and made the entire experience seamless while keeping me informed every step of the way. They truly recognize how inconvenient an accident can be, so they go above and beyond to make sure you feel confident that your vehicle is in good hands — and they absolutely succeed.

The repair process was smooth. The rental process was smooth as well. Being given the option for rental pick-up and the convenience of leaving the rental when picking up my vehicle felt like a true luxury — it shows they genuinely understand that the customer experience matters.They even made sure my car was clean and ready to hit the streets during those random 50-degree days we had in February.

Side note: The front desk representative’s skin was flawless, and she was kind enough to share tips about the products she uses and the ingredients she loves. Major win for me since I make skincare and am always experimenting with incorporating new ingredients into my product line!

I had a great experience with this collision shop. staff was professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. my truck looks good as new once again, the work was done on time. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle.

I’ve been coming to Gerber locations for about 20 years, they work quite well & closely with my insurance provider. However, this was my first time coming to this Gerber location. My car (2022 Civic SI) was hit while parked in a lot & I was able to drive it into this location, so I initially assumed this repair may take about 4 weeks at most. After 8 weeks, it turned out my 2-year-old car needed to be totaled. When I arrived to claim my belongings from the vehicle, every single person in the shop could not have been nicer; from the manager down to the techs/assistants. Everyone I encountered stopped me & told me how much they liked my car & how sorry they were they weren’t able to safely repair it. They even helped me remove license plates & other personally affixed items from my vehicle with their tools. I loved my car, so all of their kind words & obvious concern really meant a lot to me. The head repair manager for my vehicle then personally guided me through the damage in my car, so I could better understand why the repair total was likely going to exceed its value. I appreciate everyone here, it was a great place to do business & my vehicle was clearly in great hands with individuals who cared about my car almost as much as I did. Thank you all again for trying so hard to ‘save’ my car, I still miss it but at least I know it was in good/caring hands & still couldn’t be salvaged.
