I really like this salon and have been a returning customer since this spring, which is why yesterday's experience was so upsetting.
I specifically asked the front desk receptionist if there were any current summer promotions available, and she told me "no”.
Based on her response, I ended up paying regular price (~$70) for a 100-minute package. Shortly after, I noticed their posted "Summer Special" promo signs right there in the salon offering double minutes—such as 55 minutes doubled to 110 minutes for $68, or doubling any package for $10. When I brought this to the receptionist's attention and asked why she didn't inform me, she couldn't resolve the issue and simply told me to come back on a weekday morning to speak with the manager. I work and cannot take time off during weekday mornings just to fix an error made by their staff. Extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and unwilling support to correct their mistake on the spot.

Update: The manager reached out to me directly to clear up the confusion about the summer promo. Since the promo minutes expire on August 31st, it didn't make sense for my schedule to double them—I would rather keep the standard package I bought so my minutes never expire!

The manager Sabrina was super nice and understanding, and she gave me a complimentary session to make up for the mix-up at checkout. I really appreciate a business that listens to customer feedback and works with you to find the right solution. Upgrading my review for great customer service!

I went for my first visit recently and had a lovely experience. I was not pressured into packages or products before I even began, she was lovely and showed me around and answered my questions but was timely. Everything was clean and the machines were great. Overall enjoyed and will be back for sure.

Always greeted with a smile, and are knowledgeable when asked questions in regards to moving up to different tanning beds.

love the place and staff. however would like to make one comment. During the recent snow storms, the floor of the rooms can be very wet from us, the customers leaving their boots on the floor. May i suggest a small boot tray to be placed just inside the door. Very cheap remedy and customers dont have to stand on a wet mat. Just a suggestion

I love this tanning salon however I did not get good service from one of the employees when I was just there. She wasn't at the front desk when I arrived. She then came out and sat in the chair and went on her phone making a video and pointed at the sign when I asked her about packages. She seemed really disinterested in being at work. I have never had this experience there. All of the girls have been wonderful. Rooms are clean and it’s a great place to tan. Very disappointing to receive service like this when I have been a regular customer.

I've had such a great time at this place. The beds are wonderful!! It's so clean and tidy. The staff though!!! So amazing! And really, very kind. I'm sure we can all relate on having a terrible day then walking into (what's my)almost favorite place and walking out feeling like a million dollars. They have a customer for life.I'll sing the praises of this place and their great staff to anyone who will listen. Give it a try. You won't regret it.
